Q. How do I schedule an appointment online?
A. Simply click HERE for the form. Just fill out the form with your email address, appointment request in the subject line, and the date and other information regarding your requested appointment. You may make the request in English or Spanish.
Q. I would like to email a medical question to someone at Krish Family Clinic. Who can I send it to?
A. Due to security and confidentiality issues, we cannot respond to clinical questions online or over the phone. If you have a non-emergency condition or illness that you would like to discuss with Dr. Krish or a member of our team, please schedule an appointment. If you have an emergency, please call 911.
Q. Can I send an email directly to Dr. Krish?
A. Dr. Krish is not accepting emails from patients at this time. If you need to speak with her, please feel free to schedule an appointment.
Q. Can I access my medical records online?
A. Due to security and confidentiality concerns, there is no online resource for patients to access their medical records.

Q. I have a question about my bill. Do I just call the clinic?
